This website is owned and operated by Noon Technologies, a Pakistan-based business offering CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, hard drives, networking products, power supplies, security accessories, and professional installation services.

In these terms, the words “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Noon Technologies, and “you” or “customer” refers to any person using this website or purchasing from us.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies listed on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.

3. Products & Information

  • Product images are for display purposes only. The actual color, design, packaging, or accessories may differ slightly due to manufacturer updates or batch changes.
  • Product specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.
  • We try our best to keep all product details accurate, but small errors in descriptions, images, or specifications may occur. If you need exact details before buying, please contact our team.

4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • All products are subject to stock availability at the time your order is processed.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typing error, we have the right to cancel the order, even after confirmation. Any amount already paid will be fully refunded.

5. Orders & Cancellation

  • Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. An order is accepted only when it is dispatched.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order due to:
    • Product being out of stock
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Failed address or phone verification
    • Suspicious, fake, or non-serious orders
  • Customer Cancellation: You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders may be blocked from placing future orders or may be asked to pay in advance.

6. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Noon Technologies does not store your card details. We are not responsible for payment gateway downtime, failed transactions, or delays caused by banks or payment providers.

For large or bulk orders, we may ask for advance payment before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control. Noon Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
  • Free delivery is available on orders above PKR 20,000.
  • The “Open Parcel” option is available only when requested in the order notes and only with couriers that support it.
  • Please check your parcel at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video, as it is required for any damage claim.

8. Installation Services

  • Installation is offered as a separate paid service unless clearly mentioned as free on the product page.
  • Installation charges depend on location, number of cameras, cable length, and site conditions. A final quote will be shared before work begins.
  • Once installation is complete, installation charges are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the site and a stable electricity supply.
  • Noon Technologies is not responsible for damage to walls, ceilings, or existing wiring during normal installation work.

9. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

  • Returns are accepted only within the allowed time and under defined conditions.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • An unboxing video is required for all damage claims.
  • The final decision on any return or refund rests with Noon Technologies after inspection.

10. Warranty

  • Warranty is provided as mentioned on each product page.
  • Brand warranty applies only where it is clearly stated.
  • Cables, connectors, adapters, BNC/DC jacks, and other consumable items are not covered under warranty.
  • Warranty becomes void in cases of physical damage, water damage, burning, power surge, lightning, misuse, opened or tampered products, or repair by an unauthorized person.

11. Customer Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address.
  • Be available to receive your order at the given address.
  • Not place fake, test, or prank orders.
  • Not use the website for any illegal or harmful purpose, such as hacking, spreading viruses, or misusing other users’ information.
  • Use all purchased security products lawfully and respect the privacy of others. Noon Technologies is not responsible for how customers use CCTV or surveillance equipment after purchase.

Any misuse may result in order cancellation or permanent restriction from our website.

All content on this website, including our logo, name, text, images, graphics, and design, is the property of Noon Technologies and may not be copied, reused, or published without our written permission.

All brand names and logos shown on this website (such as Hikvision, Dahua, EZVIZ, Imou, and TP-Link) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify their products.

13. Limitation of Liability

Noon Technologies will not be responsible for:

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Loss of data, recordings, business, or profit.
  • Theft, burglary, or any incident at your property. Security equipment helps with monitoring and deterrence but cannot guarantee complete protection.
  • Delays or failures caused by couriers, banks, internet providers, or other third parties.

In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
